- Define SLOs and SLIs for Tier 1 services in Datadog and run Sentry across production; engineers see issues and the data to fix them before users report them.

- Instrument DORA and delivery-flow metrics from CircleCI and GitHub; report deployment frequency, lead time, and change failure rate to engineering and executive leadership monthly.
